For the first time in my 39 years of membership I used HOG Roadside Assistance after my charging system failed (voltage regulator, stator and battery) to tow my motorcycle from South of Montrose to TMGJH-D. From the phone call to HOG RSA to bringing my bike home I could not have asked for a better experience. Rachel, Sabrina and Matthew provided stellar customer service from the moment we called and informed them of our situation until I rode my motorcycle home, all during their busiest season . . . the weeks leading up to Sturgis. With my husband following on his motorcycle in 98 degree heat, the tow with myself and my bike arrived long past the dealership closing. Matthew was still waiting for us to arrive and helped the driver and my husband unload. With my bike not sitting outside but safely tucked inside I could sleep that night. These three individuals have helped me on repair issues in the past. On this issue they once again went beyond my expectations. Ed and Rodd both explained what the issue was that needed addressed and advised what Harley Corporate recommended. I then had a lengthy conversation with Matt. He advised me on the process and had the service dept start it. He kept me informed as to the next step, which was completed on time and appears to be working. I was treated with respect and at no time was there a question as to the legitimacy of the issue.
